About the Artist
Seth Kiehl is a Nashville, TN based artist who works in various art mediums including charcoal, watercolor, block printing, screen printing and digital art. Seth enjoys making art as often as possible, especially silly and fun art with his two kids. Inglewood Press is Seth's studio where he sells his art.
Artist Statement
This series of art was born out of my daughter's love for beagles. She might love beagles more than anyone has ever loved beagles. She has her heart set on getting a beagle, so there are A LOT of her beagle sketches, paintings and even poems around our home. Are we getting a beagle? Let's be honest, she'll probably wear us down. But when I wanted to make her some art for her room, I did a block print of a happy beagle. The rest of the series of happy dogs came from there.
